摘  要:目的探讨经阴道超声对剖宫产后子宫切口憩室导致的阴道异常出血的诊断价值。方法收集本院2014年1月~2016年12月在本院诊治的150例子宫切口憩室患者的超声声像图资料,分析比较切口憩室的形状、深度及憩室深面肌层厚度,结合临床提供的患者病史进行回顾性分析。结果 150例患者中,有79例患者月经经期延长,淋漓不尽。经分析超声图像发现子宫切口憩室形状不一,其中以楔形最多见,呈尖端指向肌层底部与宫腔相通的缺损区,且切口深度越大,出现阴道异常出血的概率也就越大。结论子宫切口憩室是导致阴道异常出血的常见原因,经阴道超声检查能准确地诊断出切口憩室,为临床的诊断治疗提供依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound examination in vagina abnormal bleeding caused by uterine incisiondiverticulum after cesarean section.Methods We collected ultrasonographic datas of150patients with uterine incision diverticulum in ourhospital from January2014to December2016,a retrospective analysis was made by combined with the patient's clinical data,analysis and comparethe shape,depth,the myometrial thickness of the uterine.Results79cases were found prolonged menstrua and dripping wet in150patients.Toanalysis the ultrasound images we found that the uterine incision diverticulum has different shapes,most of which were wedge:a defect area whichthe tip point to the bottom of the myometrium and communicate with the uterine cavity,and the incision depth increases,the probability of abnormaluterine bleeding is greater.Conclusion Uterine incision diverticulum is a common cause of abnormal vaginal bleeding,transvaginal ultrasound examinationcan accurately diagnose incision diverticulum and can provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
