摘　　要：在文中分析了反应器内构件、床层压降、铵盐结晶、设备与管线腐蚀及造成催化剂快速失活等因素对生产国V柴油加氢装置长周期运转的影响。提出了加强工艺管理规范化、设备维护与腐蚀防护常态化,原料管理科学化的保障措施,建议加快开发高性能加氢催化剂与反应器内构件等新技术。In this paper,the factors influencing the long-term operation of diesel hydrogenation unit are analyzed,such as equipment,process management and catalyst.The factors such as the internal components of the reactor,the pressure drop of the bed,the crystallization of the ammonium salt,the corrosion of the equipment and the pipeline,and the rapid inactivation of the catalyst are analyzed.According to the characteristics of influencing factors above,the safeguard measures for long-period stable operation of diesel hydrogenation unit are put forward.
