基于熵权模糊物元法的河北省产业承接能力评价

摘　　要：承接京津地区产业转移是河北省参与京津冀协同发展重点内容之一。论文构建了包括4个一级指标、15个二级指标的河北省产业承接能力评价指标体系,运用熵权模糊物元对河北省2006年—2015年10年间产业承接能力的变化及河北省11个地级市2015年的产业承接能力进行评价。评价结果显示:河北省产业承接能力呈现出持续、稳定改善趋势,但仍然亟待提升;11个地级市的产业承载能力发展不平衡,存在显著差异。以此为基础,提出提升河北省产业承接能力的对策建议。Undertaking the industrial relocation of Beijing and Tianjin is one of the key contents of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration initiative development.This article constructed4first-level indicators,15secondary indicators of the evaluation index system of capacity of the industrial undertaking in Hebei province,using the entropy weight fuzzy matter element for the change of the capacity of industrial undertaking with10years from2006to2015and the evaluation to11cities in2015to capacity of industrial undertaking in Hebei province.The evaluation results show that,the capacity of industrial undertaking presents the trend with sustained and stable,but it remains to be promoted.There were significant differences in the capacity of industrial undertaking in11cities of Hebei province so that unbalanced development.On this basis,putting forward several suggestions on improving the capacity of industrial undertaking Hebei province.
