摘 要:以开放式居住区合肥琥珀山庄为例,进行深入调查与分析研究,以大量实测数据为依据,总结琥珀山庄的开放模式,探讨与开放密切相关的交通、商业、安全等问题。琥珀山庄采取"开放街区"加"微社区"的开放模式,这一模式在安全管理与增加社区活力方面发挥了积极作用。但同时调查发现因开放给琥珀山庄带来了一定程度的交通拥堵、停车困难以及商业扰民现象。针对问题找出症结所在,并提出改进建议,试图探寻开放式居住区有效的管理与实施途径。Take the Amber Villa which is an opening residential quarter in Hefei city as an example,carry out in-depth investigation and analysis,base on a large number of measured data,sum up the opening mode of Amber Villa,and discuss the traffic,business and safety issues that are closely related to opening mode.Amber villa adopts opening mode with"opening block"plus"micro community",which plays an active role in managing safety and increasing community vitality.But the survey also found that traffic jams,parking difficulties and commercial nuisance phenomenon were brought to Amber Villa due to the opening mode.This article is try to identify the crux of the problem and put forward the improvement suggestion to explore the effective management and implementation of opening residential areas.
