医用诊断X射线机房放射防护现状统计分析

摘　　要：目的分析医用诊断X射线机房放射防护现状。方法对我市2013—2016年的医用诊断X射线机房放射防护设置展开调查。结果我市56家医院共诊断X射线机146台,监测点数1 026个,合格的点数是977,合格率是95.2%(977/1 026)。乡镇医院、民营医院、区县级医院、市级医院的合格率分别是93.5%、95.1%、95.2%、95.7%,不同级别医院的合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乡镇医院的机房外墙是辐射超标率最严重的地方,高达8.3%;乡镇医院在控制室防护门、机房天棚楼板、机房患者出入防护门方面均有少量的超标。结论医用诊断X射线机房放射防护问题最多的是乡镇医院,因此,需要加强对县级以下医院的管理,切实提高辐射的防护水平。Objective To analyze the radiological protection status of medical diagnostic X-ray room.Methods The investigation on radiological protection settings of medical diagnostic X-ray room in our city was carried out from2013to2016.Results56hospitals in our city,a total of146diagnostic X-ray machines,a total of1026monitoring points were diagnosed,977qualified points,the qualified rate was95.2%(977/1026).The qualified rate of township hospitals,private hospitals,district(county)-level hospitals and municipal hospitals was93.5%、95.1%、95.2%and95.7%respectively.There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of different hospitals(P>0.05).The exterior wall of the machine room of the township hospital was the most serious place where the rate of radiation exceed standard was as high as8.3%.Township hospitals in the control room door,machine room ceiling floor,room patient access door were a small amount of exceed standard.Conclusion The most important problem of radiological protection of medical diagnostic X-ray room is township hospital,so it is necessary to strengthen the management of the hospital below the county level and effectively improve the radiation protection level.
