JCI标准在耳鼻咽喉内镜室院感管理的应用

摘　　要：目的提高耳鼻咽喉门诊内镜室院感管理品质。方法结合耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊内镜室的特殊性,在JCI标准的引导下开展一系列医院感染控制的措施,包括完善制度,改造环境流程,建立各种操作流程,加强感控知识培训,重视目视管理,注重环境安全管理等。结果JCI标准感控措施实施6个月,内镜室全员感控知识知晓率、标准预防执行率、手卫生合格率和依从性与实施前比较明显升高,实施后无菌操作、消毒灭菌管理、无菌物品管理、医疗垃圾管理、环境管理,职业暴露防护与实施前比较有明显提升。结论应用JCI标准进行感控管理,能够有效地提高内镜室的院感管理质量,保证患者的安全,降低员工职业伤害。Objective To improve the efficiency of nosocomial infection control on otolaryngology endoscopy room.Methods Combining with the particularity of outpatient department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery endoscopy room,under the guidance of JCI Standards,a series of hospital infection control measures were carried out,including perfecting system,transforming the environment process,establishing various operating processes,strengthening the training of control knowledge,focus on visual management,focus on environmental safety management.Results The infection control measures under the JCI standard were implemented for6months.The awareness rate of infection control knowledge in total personnel of the endoscopic room,the standard precautionary rate,the hand hygiene qualification rate and compliance compared with before implementation were improved.Aseptic operation,sterilization management,sterile items management,medical waste management,environmental management,and occupational exposure protection were significantly improved than before implementation.Conclusion The application of JCI standards on infection control management can effectively improve the quality of hospital infection control in the endoscopy room,ensure the safety of patients and reduce occupational injuries.
