以糖尿病家族为单位的健康管理模式分析

摘　　要：目的分析健康管理模式对以糖尿病家族为单位患者的应用效果。方法选取2014年4月—2017年4月前来我院就医的42例糖尿病患者,随机将其分为观察组(21例)和对照组(21例),观察组患者实施以家族为单位的健康管理模式,分析两组患者的健康情况、自我管理能力及家属的生活方式。结果观察组患者的自我管理能力、健康状况及家属生活方式的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家族单位的健康管理模式有效控制病情,提高其自我管理能力,帮助患者家属纠正不良生活方式,降低糖尿病发病率。Objective To analyze the effect of health management model on patients with diabetes family.Methods42patients with diabetes mellitus who came to our hospital from April2014to April2017were selected,the were randomly divided into observation group(21cases)and control group(21cases),the patients in the observation group were managed by family as a unit,the health status,self-management ability and family life style of the two groups were analyzed.Results The self-management ability,health status and family life style of the patients in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management mode of family unit controls the illness effectively,improve their self-management ability,help the patient's family to correct the unhealthy lifestyle,reduce the incidence of diabetes.
