摘 要:目的探究鼠神经生长因子治疗慢性正己烷中毒周围神经病的疗效,及定量感觉检查在此类疾病疗效评价中的价值。方法研究对象为2016年8月—2017年7月我院收治的60例正己烷中毒导致周围神经损伤症状者,设为观察组,选取同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,观察组采用鼠神经生长因子治疗,采用定量感觉检查测定观察组治疗前、治疗后及对照组的手、足的冷觉、温觉、冷痛觉、热痛觉及振动觉数据并对比,统计观察组疗效。结果观察组显效22例,有效37例,无效1例,总有效率98.3%;观察组治疗前各项数据与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项数据与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子用于治疗慢性正己烷中毒患者的疗效确切,定量感觉检查是评价慢性正己烷中毒所致周围神经病变的有效方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of chronic n-hexane poisoning peripheral neuropathy and the value of quantitative sensory examination in the evaluation of the curative effect of these diseases.Methods Sixty patients with nosocomial contamination caused by n-hexane poisoning in our hospital from August2016to July2017were selected as the observation group and60healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor.The sensoryexamination was used to measure the cold sensation,warm sensation,cold pain,thermal pain and vibration sensation data of the hand and foot before,after treatment and the control group.The effect of the observation group was statistically analyzed.Results The observation group was effective in22cases,37cases were effective,1case was ineffective,the total effective rate was98.3%;the data in observation group before treatment compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05);After treatment,the data of the observation group were compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Mouse neurotrophic factor is effective in the treatment of chronic n-hexane poisoning.Quantitative sensory examination is an effective method to evaluate the peripheral neuropathy caused by chronic n-hexane poisoning.
