摘  要:目的探讨协同护理模式对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年1—12月收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者,将这60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予协同护理,比较两组患者的心功能,包括舒张期室间隔厚度、左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末内径、左心室收缩末内径。结果观察组患者的心功能各项指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式可以有效改善急性心肌梗死患者的心功能,提高患者的生活质量,对急性心肌梗死患者有着重要影响和作用。Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods60patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January to December2016were selected.The60patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with30cases.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were treated with cooperative nursing.Cardiac function was compared,including diastolic ventricular septal thickness,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter.Results The cardiac function of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cooperative nursing model can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with myocardial infarction,improve the quality of life of patients,for myocardial infarction patients have an important impact and role.
