门诊护士站关于优化口腔内科患者就诊流程的研究

摘　　要：目的研究门诊护士站优化就诊流程对口腔内科患者等候时间和诊治时间的影响。方法将符合受试者入选标准的200例口腔内科患者按常见分类(初诊与复诊)和两种就诊流程(传统就诊流程和加入门诊护士站优化的新就诊流程)组合成4组,每组50例,记录患者的等候时间和诊治时间。结果口腔内科传统流程组初诊平均等候时间最长(26.60分钟),复诊加入门诊护士站流程组平均等候时间最短(12.20分钟),初诊和复诊的两种就诊流程等候时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),初诊患者的两种就诊流程诊治时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而复诊患者的两种就诊流程诊治时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门诊护士站优化的患者就诊流程可缩短口腔内科患者的等候时间。Objective To study the effect of optimizing treatment process on the waiting time and treatment time by outpatient nurse’station.Methods200cases were selected which satisfied the inclusion criteria.According to the two types of classifications of oral medicine patients,the visit time(first consulting or consulting again)and the treatment processes(traditional treatment process and new treatment processes),patients were combined into4groups,which was50cases in each group.Patient's waiting time and treatment time were recorded.Results The first consulting group in traditional treatment process spent the longest waiting time which was about26.60minutes.The consulting again group in new treatment processes spent the shortest waiting time which was about12.20minutes.Rank sum test showed that there was a significant difference in waiting time between the traditional and new process(P<0.05).The student t test showed that there was a significant difference in the first consulting group’treatment time between the traditional and new process(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in consulting again group’treatment time between the traditional and new process(P>0.05).Conclusion Optimizing treatment process can shorten the waiting time of patients in oral medicine by nurses’station.
