创伤性面神经损伤患者采用功能训练治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨创伤性面神经损伤患者的功能训练方法,观察治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法将48例创伤性面神经损伤患者作为临床研究对象,分为常规治疗组和功能训练治疗组,每组随机分配患者24例。对常规治疗组患者予以常规治疗和常规护理,对功能训练治疗组患者在常规治疗和常规护理的基础上,进一步予以功能训练,对比两组治疗效果。结果分组实施治疗与护理3个月后,功能训练治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组,对比差异具有统计学意义。结论对创伤性面神经损伤患者在常规治疗和常规护理的基础上,进一步予以功能训练,可以有效提高患者治疗效果,促进患者面神经功能恢复。Objective To explore the function training method of traumatic facial nerve injury patients and to observe the therapeutic effect.Methods48patients with traumatic facial nerve injury were randomly divided into routine treatment group and functional training group,24cases of patients in each group.Routine treatment and routine nursing care were given to the routine treatment group.Functional training,treatment group patients based on routine treatment and routine care was given further functional training.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After3months of treatment and nursing,the total effective rate of the functional training group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Functional training can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with traumatic facial nerve injury and promote the recovery of facial nerve function.
