品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法所在医院产科自2016年1—12月的100例产妇进行品管圈活动作为观察组,2015年1—12月的采用常规护理模式的100例产妇作为对照组,对比观察两组胸牌与手环是否丢失,产妇对知识的掌握程度及产妇对护理的满意程度。结果观察组的胸牌丢失及手环丢失率分别为1%、1%,均低于对照组的8%、9%,产妇知识掌握度与护理满意度分别为97%、98%,高于对照组的69%、68%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能够显著降低新生儿的护理缺陷,提高护理质量,在产科中应用效果满意。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in obstetric nursing risk management.Methods In the obstetrics department of our hospital,100cases of maternal was given quality control circle activities as the observation group from January to December2016.From January to December2015,100cases with conventional nursing mode were named as control group.The loss rate of chest cards and bracelet and maternal knowledge of the degree and maternal satisfaction with nursing were compared.Results The loss rate of chest cards and bracelet in the observation group were1%and1%respectively,were lower than8%and9%in the control group.Maternal knowledge and nursing satisfaction were97%and98%respectively,were higher than those in the control group of69%and68%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle can significantly reduce the neonatal nursing defects and improve the quality of care,and the application effect in obstetrics is satisfactory.
