夜间疼痛护理技术在颈、腰椎病患者中的应用效果探究

摘　　要：目的探究夜间疼痛护理技术在颈、腰椎病患者中的应用效果。方法按照入院顺序随机抽取我院自2014年3月—2017年3月收治的颈、腰椎病患者50例,分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行夜间疼痛护理。比较VAS评分、住院时间、住院费用以及护理满意度。结果与对照组VAS评分、住院费用比较,观察组较低;与对照组住院时间比较,观察组较短;与对照组护理满意度比较,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夜间疼痛护理可有效缓解颈、腰椎病患者的疼痛症状,缩短治疗时间,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore application effect of night pain nursing technology on neck,lumbar vertebrae disease.Methods From March2014to March2017,50patients with neck,lumbar vertebrae disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=25cases)and control group(n=25cases).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given night pain nursing,VAS score,length of hospital stay,hospital expenses and nursing satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with VAS score,hospitalization expenses in control group,observation group was lower;Compared with hospitalization time in control group,observation group was shorter;Compared with nursing satisfaction in control group,observation group was higher,the difference of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The night pain nursing could effectively relieve pain symptoms,shorten the treatment time,improve nursing satisfaction for patients with neck,lumbar vertebrae disease.
