摘  要:目的探究儿科病房中应用品管圈活动(QCC)的效果。方法选取我院儿科实施品管圈活动前收治的患儿200例为对照组,实施品管圈活动后收治的患儿200例为观察组。观察两组患儿护理后的护理质量及患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果观察组患儿护理后病区管理、护理文书、消毒隔离、重症护理及基础护理的评分、家属对护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对应急能力、沟通能力、积极性、团队意识及责任感的护理满意评分(4.17±0.59)分、(4.22±0.54)分、(4.12±0.27)分、(4.36±0.29)分、(4.29±0.38)分均高于对照组(3.06±0.38)分、(2.96±0.43)分、(2.70±0.58)分、(2.82±0.35)分、(2.73±0.46)分(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于儿科病房中,可提升护理质量和患儿家属对护理满意度,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of quality control clrcle activities(QCC)in pediatric ward.Methods200cases of children admitted to our hospital before the implementation of quality control circle activities were selected as the control group.After the implementation of quality control circle activities,200children were treated as observation group.The nursing quality of the two groups was observed and the satisfaction of the children's family was observed.Results The scores of ward management,nursing instruments,disinfection and isolation,intensive care and basic nursing care were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of family members in the observation group assessed the emergency response ability,communication ability,enthusiasm,team consciousness and sense of responsibility were(4.17±0.59)points,(4.22±0.54)points,(4.12±0.27)points,(4.36±0.29)points,(4.29±0.38)points,all were higher than(3.06±0.38)points,(2.96±0.43)points,(2.70±0.58)points,(2.82±0.35)points,(2.73±0.46)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control activities in pediatric wards can improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of children with family care,the effect is significant.
