摘　　要：农业产业结构调整势在必行,农村金融发展必须适应农业供给侧结构性改革,才能真正发挥金融服务作用。在分析农业供给侧结构性改革中将会产生的金融服务需求基础上,指出河北省农村金融发展存在的问题,从而对河北省农村金融创新发展给出了几点建议。The agricultural structure adjustment is imperative,and the rural finance development should adapt to the supply-side structural reform in agriculture to realize the harmonious development of rural economy and rural finance.Based on the analysis of the financial demand appeared in the agricultural supply-side reform,this paper expounds the problems existing in the rural financial development and proposes several suggestions for the innovation of rural finance in Hebei province.
