摘　　要：以红地球葡萄为试材,采用石蜡切片法制作切片并观察红地球花芽分化的进程。结果表明:长沙地区红地球葡萄冬芽内主芽花芽分化的主要时期可分为4个时期,分别为未分化期(6月3日前)、花序原基分化期(6月3日至7月8日)、小穗原基分化期(7月8日至8月12日)和休眠期。Red globe grape was used as material,the process of flower bud differentiation was observed with the paraffin section method.The results indicated that the period for the main flower bud differentiation of winter buds of red globe grape can be divided into fourstages:the Nondifferentiation(before June3rd),Inflorescence perimordium differentiation(June3rd to July8th),Spikelet perimordiumdifferentiation(July8th to August12th)and the period of dormancy.
