摘 要:为优化黄芩中黄芩苷的最佳微波提取工艺,试验采用正交设计法,以黄芩苷得率作为评价指标,研究了微波功率、料液比、微波时间3种因素对黄芩苷微波提取工艺的影响。结果表明,各因素对黄芩苷得率的影响从大到小依次为:料液比、微波功率、微波时间;黄芩苷微波提取工艺最佳条件为:微波功率为650 W、料液比为1∶10、微波时间为6 min,此条件下黄芩苷的得率为9.30%,含量为96.69%。优化的黄芩苷微波提取工艺稳定可行。The microwave extraction process of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis was optimized by experiment.The effects of microwavepower,ratio of solid to liquid and microwave extraction time on the extraction process of baicalin were studied by orthogonal design andinvestigating yield index of baicalin.The influence order of each factor on the extracting of baicalin was that the ratio of solid to liquid,microwave power,microwave extraction time.The optimal microwave condition was as follows:the microwave power was650W,theratio of solid to liquid was1:10and the microwave extraction time was6min.Under these conditions,the yield of baicalin was9.30%,andthe baicalin content was96.69%.The optimum microwave extraction of baicalin in process is stable and feasible.
