摘 要:为了解上海市活禽批发市场中家禽停留时间与H9亚型禽流感病毒检出之间的关系,连续4 d每隔24 h在2个批发市场各4个固定摊位共采集960份活禽咽喉/泄殖腔拭子样品。采用H9亚型荧光RT-PCR方法对样品进行检测,结果发现随着时间的推移,H9亚型禽流感病毒在同一个摊位和不同摊位间传播扩散,并且随着家禽在批发市场内停留时间的延续,H9亚型禽流感病毒的阳性检出率明显上升,72 h时最高达到24.58%,提示我们应加强活禽批发市场禽流感的监测和监管。In order to investigate correlation between residence time and detection of H9subtype Avian Infl uenza virus at live poultry wholesale markets,oropharyngeal and cloaca samples were taken every day for4days from four fi xed stalls of two markets in Shanghai.A total of960samples were collected and tested using H9subtype real-time RT-PCR kit.The results showed that H9subtype Avian Infl uenza virus spread rapidly within and between booths and stalls over the residence time.The H9positive rate was10%within one-day residence and increased to24.58%on the third day.These results indicated strict surveillance and supervision of avian infl uenza was very necessary at live poultry wholesale markets.
