“思想引领”助推毕业生就业探析

摘　　要：当前毕业生就业形势异常严峻,出现人才供给间的结构性矛盾,毕业生就业意识和积极性有待提高。在这种情况下,加强就业指导、努力做好学生的思想引领就显得尤为重要。本文阐述了当前就业现状,分析了毕业生存在的思想问题和思想引领在毕业生就业中的作用,最后提出对学生进行思想引领的途径。At present,the employment situation of graduates is very serious,there is a structural contradiction between the supply of talents;and the employment consciousness and enthusiasm of the graduates need to be improved.In this situation,it is especially important to strengthen employment guidance and work hard to lead the students'ideas.This article expounds the current status of employment,analyzes the ideological problems of graduates and thoughts lead role in graduate employment,finally proposes the student to carry on the thought to lead the way.
