摘　　要：人腺病毒是引起婴幼儿急性呼吸道感染的主要病原体,还可引起其他系统感染。在临床表现方面与其他病原微生物的感染比较相似,仅根据临床表现诊断疾病比较困难,需要实验室的诊断证实。腺病毒的致病谱根据血清型的不同而不同,而其血清型是由分子结构中高变区的特异抗原决定的,特定血清型与疾病的严重程度、临床表现密切相关,所以腺病毒的检测分型尤为重要。本文就腺病毒的分子结构、流行特点及检测分型方法进行简要综述。Human adenovirus is the main pathogen of the acute respiratory infection in infant,and it also can infect other systems.It is difficult to diagnose the disease according to the clinical maifestation,because it is similar with other pathogenic microorganism in clinical manifestations.Thus,we need laboratory diagnosis.The serotype is decided by hypervariable region specific antigen of molecular structure.Different serotype have differentpathogenic spectrum,so the adenovirus serotyping detection is particularly important.In this paper,we summarizedthe molecular structure and detection of adenovirus serotyping methods.
