摘　　要：骨与关节结核是最常见的肺外继发性结核,绝大多数源于肺结核。目前微创手术作为针对胸椎结核的治疗方法越来越受到重视,具有疗效好、操作简便、安全、创伤小、治疗费用低等优点。本文就胸椎结核微创手术治疗的研究进展进行综述。Tuberculosis of the bone and joint is the most common extrapulmonary secondary tuberculosis,and the majority of the primary lesions are caused by pulmonary tuberculosis.At present,as a method of minimally invasive surgery for thoracic tuberculosis has attracted more and more attention,it has good curative effect,simple operation,safety,small trauma,low treatment cost.This article reviews the research progress of minimally invasive surgical treatment of thoracic tuberculosis.
