摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗高危良性前列腺增生(BHP)的临床疗效。方法:收治BHP患者60例,行TURP手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,患者病症评分显著下降,最大尿流量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:TURP治疗BHP的临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者病症,提高尿流量。Objective:To explore the curative effect of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)in the treatment of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia(BHP).Methods:60patients with BHP were selected.They were treated with TURP.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:After treatment,the patient's disease score was significantly decreased,and the maximum urinary flow rate was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of TURP in the treatment of BHP was significant.It can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and improve urine flow.
