摘　　要：目的:探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效。方法:收治妊娠期高血压患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用硝苯地平治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压能够取得理想效果。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:78patients with gestational period hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with39cases in each group.The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group were treated with nifedipine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension can achieve satisfactory results.
