妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响及处理

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收治妊娠期糖尿病患者98例作为试验组,选择同期正常孕妇98例作为对照组。结果:试验组妊娠期高血压、羊水过多、产后出血、感染明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组巨大儿、胎儿生长受限、早产及死亡明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对妊娠期糖尿病患者需要加强产前体检,加强孕期保健,密切注意患者病情变化情况,做好积极的干预措施,选择合适的终止妊娠时期,减少母儿并发症发生。Objective:To investigate the influence of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome.Methods:98patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the experimental group,and98normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.Results:The pregnancy hypertension,amniotic fluid excess,postpartum hemorrhage and infection in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The macrosomia,fetal growth restriction,premature birth and death in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with gestational diabetes need to strengthen antenatal examination,strengthen pregnancy care,pay attention to changing of condition closely,make positive interventions,and select the appropriate period of termination of pregnancy,in order to reduce maternal and neonatal complications.
