地塞米松联合碘伏治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨碘伏联合地塞米松对急性化脓性扁桃体炎的治疗效果。方法:将急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者164例随机分对照组和治疗组。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用地塞米松联合碘伏局部涂抹,对照组应用常规治疗。结果:比较两组患者体温、咽痛、咽部充血、脓性分泌物及白细胞恢复正常的时间,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松联合碘伏局部涂抹治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎可有效缩短病程。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of iodophor combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:164patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,the treatment group was treated with dexamethasone combined with iodophor on the basis of conventional treatment,while the control group was treated with conventional treatment.Results:The normal recovery were compared between the two groups of body temperature,sore throat,throat congestion,purulent secretions and white blood cells,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone combined with iodophor local application can effectively shorten the course of the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis.
