激素替代疗法联合中医针灸治疗更年期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨激素替代疗法联合中医针灸治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法:收治更年期综合征患者50例,全部患者均给予激素替代疗法联合中医针灸治疗。结果:治疗1年后,总有效率94.0%;治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:在对更年期综合征患者进行治疗时,激素替代疗法联合中医针灸治疗能取得比较显著的临床疗效,而且具有较高的可靠性和安全性。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of hormone replacement therapy combined with Chinese medicine acupuncture in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods:50patients with climacteric syndrome were treated with hormone replacement therapy combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment.Results:After1year treatment,the total effective rate was94%.There were no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome,hormone replacement therapy combined with Chinese acupuncture treatment not only can achieve more significant clinical efficacy,but also has higher reliability and safety.
