藻酸盐联合白玉膏在肛肠术后伤口中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨藻酸盐联合白玉膏在肛肠术后伤口中的应用。方法:收治行肛肠术患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组术后给予藻酸盐促进创面修复,观察组在对照组基础上联合白玉膏。结果:观察组术后创面愈合率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠术后,在应用藻酸盐基础上联合白玉膏能提高创面愈合率,促进创面更快地愈合。Objective:To investigate the application of alginate combined with white jade paste in anorectal surgery.Methods:80patients undergoing anorectal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with40cases in each group.The control group were treated with alginate to promote wound healing,and the observation group were treated with white jade paste based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After anorectal operation,alginate combined with white jade cream can improve the wound healing rate and accelerate the healing of the wound.
