摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:收治老年慢性心力衰竭患者112例,分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组心功能改变状况和总满意率都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:112elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was given comfortable care,and the control group was given routine care.We compared the effects of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the change of heart function and the total satisfaction rate were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure was significant.
