大龄漏斗胸患者行Nuss矫形术27例术后护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨漏斗胸大龄患儿行Nuss矫形术的术后护理。方法:收治行NUSS矫形手术的大龄漏斗胸患者27例,术后严密观察病情,实行针对性的个性化心理护理,做好疼痛和呼吸道管理,正确指导患儿取正确体位和活动,并做好出院健康教育。结果:患儿均顺利完成手术,出现出血、气胸、胸腔积液各1例,肺不张2例,经治疗护理后好转。结论:大龄漏斗胸患者行Nuss矫形术后应做好病情观察、心理护理、镇痛、呼吸道管理、体位与活动指导及出院健康教育等,可促进患者术后及远期康复。Objective:To investigate the postoperative care of children with pectus excavatum undergoing Nuss orthopedics.Methods:27cases with senile pectus excavatum were treated with Nuss observation.After the operation,the patient's condition was closely observed,the targeted individualized psychological nursing was carried out,the management of pain and respiratory tract was carried out correctly,and the correct postures and activities were correctly guided,and the health education of discharged patients was completed.Results:All the patients completed the operation successfully.There was1case each with bleeding,pneumothorax and pleural effusion,and2cases of atelectasis.They were improved after treatment and nursing.Conclusion:Patients with senile pectus excavatum should be treated with Nuss observation,psychological care,analgesia,respiratory tract management,body position and activity guidance and discharge health education,so as to promote postoperative rehabilitation and long-term rehabilitation.
