摘　　要：近年来,随着全球气候变暖,各种极端天气气候事件逐年递增,暴雨、洪涝、冰雹等气象灾害频发,人民群众的生命和财产损失严重。建立气象灾害预警信息发布"绿色通道",使气象预警信息在第一时间及时准确地传递给各级政府和广大公众,对有效地做好防灾减灾工作,具有十分重要的意义。With global climate warming,the meteorological disasters,such as rainstorm,flood and hail,occurred frequently and extreme weather or climate events continued to increase in recent years,people's life and property suffered great losses.Establishment of“green channel”can release information of meteorological disaster warning timely and accurately in first time for governments at all levels and the people,which will have very important significance to effectively prevent and reduce disaster.
