摘　　要：针对上海市轨道交通视频监控系统从MPEG-2图像编码技术向H.264图像编码技术转变过程中,网络管理节点将面临同时管辖新旧线路、同时调看2种编码制式视频图像的情况,提出了一种同时兼容新旧系统控制信令、编码制式及显示输出方式的混合解码器。实践表明,该混合解码器输出图像流畅清晰、硬件运行稳定,满足上海市轨道交通网络管理节点视频调用的需求。In view of the Shanghai urban rail transitCCTV system in the process of change from MPEG-2image encoding technology to H.264imageencoding technology,the network management nodewill face the diffi cult situation under the jurisdictionof both old and new lines at the same time,whilewatching2different encoding video images.Thispaper puts forward a hybrid decoder compatiblewith old and new different system control signaling,encoding system and display output modes at thesame time.The practice shows that the output imagefrom the hybrid decoder is smooth and clear,and theoperation of the hardware is stable.It meets the needsof the video calling of Shanghai urban rail transitnetwork management node.
