摘　　要：目的:利用手术室现有暖通设备执行系统,用最低的成本进行现代手术室暖通设备控制信息面板的改造设计,取代手术室原故障信息面板,方便医护人员操作使用。方法:采用微程序处理器、编程技术以及模拟与数字技术研制新的手术室信息面板,无缝对接并控制原有的暖通及相关执行设备。结果:研制的装置能采集需要的控制信号,并进行有效的转换,再经过编程进行信号处理,输出有效的执行信号。实验数据显示,实验结果在允许的范围内,可以与原执行器件无缝对接。使用新研制的信息面板恢复了原手术室暖通设备控制执行系统,为医院节省近百万购置手术室信息面板和设备费用,间接节省数百万手术室改造费用。结论:在不影响手术室总体结构的情况下,采用模数电子以及模块单片机的编程控制技术,用较短时间内完成电路设计和编程,研制出新的手术室信息面板,安装测试结果表明在功能上完全替代原有系统,可为其他医院类似改造项目提供技术参考。Objective:To replace the original faulty information panel so as to be convenientfor operation of medical staff through used the existed execution system of heating ventilationair conditioning(HVAC)equipment to achieve transformed design with lowest cost for thecontrol plate of HVAC in modern operation room.Methods:The new transformed plate ofoperation room,which was researched and developed by adopting microprogram control unit,programming technique,simulated and digital technique,could seamless joint and controlthe original HAVC and relative execution equipment.Results:The new information plate has recovered the controland execution system of HAVC in original operation room,and it saved nearly one million Yuan cost of informationplate and equipment for operation room of hospital.Besides,it also indirectly saved millions Yuan of transformedcost of operation room.Conclusion:Under the normal using of the operation room without being affected,thecircuit design,programming and installation of information plate are realized in shortest time.The design not onlyaccumulates technique experience but also provide technique reference for the similar transformation in otherhospitals.
