摘　　要：目的:研究以数字信号处理器(DSP)和齿轮泵为核心的尿流率计标准装置管路长度对排水量的影响,并确定最佳的管路长度。方法:选取60 cm、70 cm、80 cm和90 cm的4种长度的软管作为齿轮泵的吸水和排水管路,分别测量每种流率下尿流率计标准装置的实际排水量,将实际值与该装置记录的齿轮泵转速计算得到的理论值进行拟合,以得到最佳的管路长度。结果:不同的管路长度会导致尿流率计标准装置的实际排水量不同,吸水和排水侧软管长度均为70 cm时,实际排水量与理论排水量拟合效果最好。结论:尿流率计标准装置的实际排水量受多种因素的影响,确定齿轮泵管路长度对尿流率计标准装置的研制具有重要意义。Objective:To research the effect of pipeline length of standard apparatus,whichcore were digital signal processor(DSP)and gear pump,of urine flow rate meter for tonnage.And to determine the optimal length of pipeline.Methods:4kinds of soft pipe(60cm,70cm,80cm and90cm)were,respectively,used as the suction and drain pipeline of gear pump.The actual tonnage of standard apparatus of urine flow rate meter under each flow rate wererespectively measured.And then the actual results were fitted with the theoretical valuesfrom calculating of revolving speed of gear pump that were recorded by this apparatus.Basedon above results,the optimal length of pipeline was obtained.Results:The different lengthof pipeline could lead to the difference of actual tonnage of standard apparatus of urine flowrate meter.And the results indicated that the best fitting effect between actual tonnage and theoretical value couldbe achieved when the length both suction and drain soft pipeline were70cm.Conclusion:There are many factorscan affect the actual tonnage of standard apparatus of urine flow rate meter,and the determination for the length ofpipeline of gear pump has important significance for the development of standard apparatus of urine flow rate meter.
