旋转数字减影血管造影三维重建技术对内脏肿瘤辅助治疗的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探究旋转数字减影血管造影(DSA)三维重建技术对内脏肿瘤的辅助治疗的价值。方法:选取在医院诊断的64例内脏肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采取常规DSA技术辅助治疗;观察组采取旋转DSA和三维重建技术辅助治疗,比较两组患者的血管诊断效果、治疗效果以及生活质量情况。结果:两组患者在肿瘤供血动脉小病灶和小病灶供血动脉比较中,差异均无统计学意义(x^2=2.516,x^2=2.516;P>0.05);而在肿瘤的侧枝循环血管和小病灶侧枝循环比较中,差异均有统计学意义(x^2=8.815,x^2=7.147;P<0.05)。两组患者的治疗总有效率(RR)和疾病控制率(DCR)比较,其差异均有统计学意义(x^2=5.565,x^2=6.335;P<0.05)。两组患者生活质量的躯体评分、角色评分、情绪评分、社会评分和认知评分比较,其差异均具有统计学意义(t=-4.673,t=-4.667,t=-5.072,t=-3.897,t=-6.007;P<0.05)。结论:旋转DSA三维重建技术,能够实现病变的多角度动态观察,提高疾病微细病变的显示,进而实现肿瘤的精准治疗,提高疾病药物治疗的准确性。Objective:To explore the value of three-dimensional reconstruction techniqueof rotated DSA on adjuvant therapy of visceral tumors.Methods:64patients with visceraltumors were divided into observation group(32cases)and control group(32cases).Patients of control groupreceived routine DSA technique to achieve adjuvant treatment,while patients of observation group receivedrotational DSA and3D reconstruction technique to achieve adjuvant treatment.Finally,the diagnosed effect ofvessel,treatment effect and life quality between the two groups were compared.Results:There were no statisticalsignificance in small lesion of the tumor blood supply artery and the blood supply artery of small lesions(x2=2.516,x2=2.516;P>0.05),There were statistically significant in the collateral circulation of the tumor and small lesionscollateral circulation(x2=8.815,x2=7.147;P<0.05).There was significant difference between RR and DCR(x2=5.565,x2=6.335;P<0.05).There were statistically significant in the body score,the role score,the mood score,self-thesocial score andcognitive score(t=-4.673,t=-4.667,t=-5.072,t=-3.897,t=-6.007;P<0.05).Conclusion:RotatedDSA three-dimensional reconstruction technique could to achieve multi-angle dynamic observation for lesions toimprove the disease lesions show,and then to achieve the precise treatment of the tumor to improve the accuracy ofdrug treatment.
