摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛性子宫输卵管造影(HSG)对输卵管通畅程度的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析在医院放射科行无痛性HSG检查的2 471例患者的影像资料,评价子宫腔及输卵管显影情况。结果:检出110例子宫畸形,包括单角子宫(12例)及纵隔子宫(98例);在4 930条输卵管中,通畅者占13.4%;通而欠畅、不畅和极不畅分别占14.2%、38.5%和10.6%;输卵管积水占7.8%;输卵管阻塞于近端和远端分别为9.3%和6.2%;所有患者下腹部均有酸胀感,活动后均可缓解。结论:无痛性HSG术可准确评估输卵管通畅情况,同时由于手术工具的改进使得检查时鞘管无需进入子宫腔,推注造影剂时因宫腔内压力小而有效减少患者的疼痛感,具有较好的临床应用效果。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of painless hysterosalpingography(HSG)for the unobstructed degree of fallopian tube.Methods:A retrospective analysiswas applied to analyze the image documents of2471patients who once underwent painlesshysterosalpingography.And the imaging situation of uterine cavity and fallopian tube wereevaluated.Results:In all of these cases,there were110cases were uterine malformationincluded unicornuate uterus(12cases)and septate uterus(98cases).In the4930fallopiantubes,the patients whose fallopian tubes were unimpeded were13.4%,and the rates of mild,moderate and severe block were14.2%,38.5%and10.6%,respectively.And the rate of hydrosalpinx was7.8%.Besides,obstruction of fallopian tube in proximal and distal were in9.3%and6.2%,respectively.All of patientshave the feel of sour and distension of hypogastrium and the symptom could be relieved after activity.Conclusion:Painless HSG technique can accurately assess the situation of the fallopian tube.At the same time,the improvementof surgical tools lead to the sheathing canal needn't enter into uterine cavity in examination,therefore,the smallpressure of uterine cavity can reduce the feel of pain when the contrast agent was injected.It has better effect inclinical application.
