在用医疗设备价值评估的探讨

摘　　要：目的:执行国家有关军队停止有偿服务工作的规定,停止军队医疗合作项目,完善现阶段医疗设备管理工作。方法:对停止医疗合作项目中的医疗设备价值评估进行实践与探讨,对评估过程出现的评估结果偏离实际价值、评估数据采集不合理性、评估公司不愿采信医院意见以及缺乏医疗设备评估经验等进行分析。结果:针对医疗设备价值评估中存在的问题提出了具体对策与改进方法。结论:对在用医疗设备价值的评估进行探讨,可为实施停止医疗合作项目时回购医疗设备提供参考,并为在用医疗设备价值评估提供科学依据。Objective:To cease the medical cooperation project of army that it was aimportant content of ceasing paid service in army and is a basic task of the managementfor medical equipment at present.Methods:The assessment for medical equipment valuein ceasing medical cooperation project was practiced and explored.And then a series ofproblems,which included the assessment results deviated the real value,the collection ofassessment data was unreasonable,and assessment company wouldn't adopt and believe theopinion of hospital,the lack of assessment experience for medical equipment and so on,wereanalyzed.Results:The specific countermeasures and improved methods which aimed at theexisting problem in the assessment of medical equipment value were proposed.Conclusion:The exploration for the assessment of using medical equipment value can provide referencefor buying-back medical equipment when ceasing medical cooperation project is implemented,and provide scientificbasis for the assessment of using medical equipment value.
