摘　　要：桦褐孔菌是一种具有多种生物活性的药用真菌,近年来国内外对其的研究力度不断加大,研究成果也逐年增多。为了更好的使用桦褐孔菌,通过整理、查阅近10多年来桦褐孔菌在医学方面的主要相关研究,包括其有效成分和药理作用等,尤其是在抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血脂、降血糖、提高免疫力等方面总结出桦褐孔菌提取物对多种肿瘤有良好疗效,对免疫系统有积极提升作用,还可以降低血糖和血脂,且对机体有一定的保护作用。同时,在抗氧化、调解机体代谢等方面也具有一定的功效,揭示了桦褐孔菌的低毒性,高功效,以及独立用药和联合西医治疗方法用药的可行性,是具有发展前途和开发价值的经济适用性药物。Inonotus-obliquus is a kind of medicinal fungi with multi-bioactive.In recent years,the research force for inonotus obliquus was gradually strengthened in domestic and overseas,and more and more research achievements were achieved by year after year.In order to furtheruse inonotus obliquus,the main relative researches of inonotus obliquus on medicine,in therecent10years,were viewed and collated.These researches included that effective constituentand pharmacologic action,especially included anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,reducing bloodlipid,decreasing blood glucose and improving immunity and other aspects.And as aboveresearches,the extractive of inonotus obliquus has better curative effect for many kinds of tumor.Besides,it has activelypromoting effect for immunity system,and for reducing blood lipid and blood glucose.Therefore,it has a certainprotective effect for body.At the same time,it also has active effect on anti-oxidation and body metabolism.Theseresearches elucidated inonotus obliquus is hypotoxicity and high efficacy,and indicated the feasibility of independentuse and combined with western medicine treatment of inonotus obliquus.Therefore,inontus obliquus was a kind ofdrug with economic adaptability that has prospect and development value.
