摘　　要：本文通过分析Philips EPIQ 7彩色超声诊断成像仪两例特殊故障维修,讨论维护方法。我院超声科Philips EPIQ 7发生异味,本文分析了异味发生原因,查找故障源,进行维修和保养。结果显示仪器面板的一组操作拨片接触不良导致产生了灼烧异味,少量积灰会引起了机器报错。本文描述的两例故障较为少见,需要耐心查找方可确定故障源。超声设备定期保养可以降低故障发生率,保证设备的正常使用。This paper mainly analyzed two special troubleshooting cases of Philips EPIQ7color ultrasound diagnostic imagingsystem,and the maintenance method was discussed.Philips EPIQ7in the ultrasound department of our hospital had peculiar smell,this paper analyzed causes of the smell,found source of the trouble and repaired it.Results showed that bad contact of operatingtabs on the instrument panel result in burning odor,and small amount of ash accumulation result in error report.This two fault casesanalyzed in this paper are rare,so it need patience to find fault source.Regular maintenance can decrease faults occurrence rate,andensure normal using of the machine.
