摘　　要：目的建立超声诊断设备质量控制管理体系,以确保超声诊断类设备在使用中的安全、有效和可靠。方法针对电气安全性、计量准确性,对超声诊断设备拟定了科学的、严谨的质量控制实施方案。结果共计检查29台超声设备,对不合格的提出相应解决方法和维护措施。结论该方案解决了超声诊断设备在使用过程中因缺乏质量控制环节而出现的各种不规范问题,从而规避由此引出的医疗风险,保障医疗工作顺利进行。Objective To establish ultrasonic diagnostic equipment quality control management system to ensure the machine worksecurely,reliably and safely.Methods Around electrical safety and measurement accuracy,the clinical engineer protocoled ascientific and rigorous quality control implementation plan for ultrasonic diagnostic equipment.Results Altogether29ultrasonicdiagnostic equipments were tested.The unqualified items were analyzed and relevant solutions were put forward.Conclusion Thisplan can help solving various non-standard problems appeared for lacking of quality control,which can reduce the medical riskscaused by the quality status of the equipments and then guarantee the medical work going on smoothly.
