摘　　要：通过提取我院医疗设备及医用耗材供应链管理系统数据,本文统计了我院5年内不同品牌PCR仪在日常工作中出现的故障,探讨了不同品牌PCR仪的优劣,并讨论了相关工作人员的操作对设备故障率的影响以及信息系统对设备故障的日常统计分析作用。通过系统数据客观评价可以为医院设备管理部门提供采购依据和维护保养参考。This paper performed the statistics on the failures occurred in the daily operation of different brand PCR instrument basedon the data from medical devices and consumables supply chain management system in our hospital.The pros and cons of differentbrand PCR instruments were analyzed.Then we discussed the impacts of manual operation on the equipment failure rate and theeffective of information system on daily statistics for equipment failure.The system data can be used to provide purchases andmaintenance reference for department of equipment management in hospital.
