基于多科室协作的医疗设备年度预算管理方法的研究

摘　　要：本文针对我院医疗设备申购由医学装备处单一科室进行汇总且无规章制度的现状,探讨了各相关科室共同协作审核、管理、监督的方法。首先根据国家对医院的预算管理要求,制定以科室为单位的设备预算额度申请办法。然后论述科室申请设备时提交的信息,审核要点及审核科室,制定奖惩措施。最后参考我院现行管理模式,提出决策层、审核层、申报层3层协作的等级管理体系。The methods of examination,management and supervision were discussed,based on the present situation of the medicalequipment purchase in our hospital that the application of medical equipment in our hospital was summarized by the singledepartment of medical equipment and lacking of relevant rules and regulations.Firstly,the budget quota application method forequipment by unit of department was formulated according to the national budget management rules.Then the information providedby the department,the information’s audit points and audit functional department,and policy of awards and penalties were discussed.Finally,we put forward the hierarchy management system of3layers of decision-making,audit and reporting referring to the currentmanagement mode of our hospital.
