摘 要:目的本文旨在帮助学习者全面认识目前开设的磁共振实验所用到的两种不同磁共振仪器。方法对两种仪器构造、所开设实验项目及实验仪器特点3方面进行了详细的对比分析。结果核磁共振实验仪构造比较简单,采用扫场的方法进行磁共振信号的观察测量,可扩展性差,进行实验数目少;而HT-3DNMR-25磁共振成像仪结构较复杂,不仅能够观察磁共振信号,测量弛豫时间T1与T2,而且引入了梯度磁场,能够对样品进行二维或三维成像,扩展性强。结论两种磁共振设备结合使用,既观察磁共振现象又进行医学磁共振成像。Objective This paper aimed to help learners to fully understand the two different kinds of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)instruments used in the current magnetic resonance experiments.Methods The structure,the experimental projects andthe characteristics of these two instruments were comparatively analyzed in detail.Results The structure of NMR experimentalapparatus was relatively simple,and agnetic resonance signal was observed and measured with sweeping field.However,it had poorscalability,so few experiments could be carried out with it.While HT-3DNMR-25NMR image instrument had a complex structure,with which not only the magnetic resonance signal could be observed and relaxation times T1and T2could be measured,but also2Dor3D imaging of the samples could be formed with the introduction of the gradient magnetic field.Conclusion Two different kindsof NMR instruments should be used in combination.Medical magnetic resonance imaging is established while observing magneticresonance phenomenon.
