摘　　要：该文首先对军用软件研制能力成熟度模型等级--GJB5000A二级包含的各个过程域需要执行的专用目标和专用实践进行了描述,其次对为实现这些目标和实践需要建立的活动和活动流程进行了讲解,再次对使用GJB5000A二级软件过程改进体系管理软件试点项目的实施办法进行了阐述,最后总结了在实际工作中使用GJB5000A二级进行软件管理并通过新时代认证中心GJB5000A二级资质认证的成功经验。事实证明,该GJB5000A二级软件管理方法大大提高了软件项目的研制效率和产品质量,在软件工程化管理管理方面具有明显的优势。The special goals and dedicated practice of each process area needed to perform by GJB5000A level2-the military software development capability maturity model(CMM)level2are described,the activities and activity process which needed to establish for achieving these goals and practices are explained,the implementation measures for the pilot project which managed by the software process improvement system of GJB5000A level2are expounded,and finally the successful management experience which used in the software process improvement system of GJB5000A level2and which used to through the GJB5000A level2qualification certification by the new times certification center are summarized.Results indicate that the method greatly improve the software projects'development efficiency and products'quality,and have obvious superiority on the software management.
