摘 要:泵的结构设计时应满足水压及工作条件下的强度和刚度条件。但为了节省材料、降低成本,提高市场竞争力,泵体尺寸不能设计得过大。本文提出了厚筒型泵的优化设计方法。优化设计的目标是减轻泵的质量,约束条件是泵的强度,优化设计变量是泵壳及泵盖厚度。将Isight优化软件与ANSYS结构分析软件集成起来,基于壳单元模型开展了减重优化设计。针对初始优化方案,使用实体模型校核其在工作条件下的强度,最终得到可行的减重优化设计方案。The structural design of pumps has constraints with respect to strength and stiffness from test and operation condition requirements.In addition,the pump must be designed with minimized size to save material,reduce cost for the manufacturing,and increase competitiveness in the market.In this paper,a structural optimization technique is presented for a thick cylindrical pump.The objective of the optimization is to reduce the structural weight of the pump by taking into account the strength constraints and assuming the thicknesses of the casing and head as design variables.A preliminary optimized design is obtained with a shell-element model using the software Isight which is integrated in ANSYS.A solid mechanical model based on the preliminary design is manufactured and tested for the operation conditions to verify the design optimization.
