摘  要:从高炉鼓风系统的几个主要子系统入手,着重剖析了鼓风除尘过滤系统、鼓风制冷脱湿系统以及送风管网系统的组成结构,针对自洁式过滤器和管路送风系统的阻力进行了计算分析,从理论上对能量损耗进行了计算分析,并以此为依据,提出可行的优化和改造方案:针对空气除尘过滤系统,提出反吹间隔时间的最佳值,可有效延长滤筒使用寿命,降低风机电耗。针对制冷脱湿系统,提出冷凝水回收再利用节能措施;针对送风管网系统,指出降低机前鼓风阻力损失是降低整个管网系统能耗的关键,提出在现有管网系统中加装旁通管路,每年为鼓风站节约45万余度电,节省电费约27万元。The subsystem of a blast furnace blower including the air dust removal and filtration system,cooling and dehumidification system,and air supply piping network is analyzed.The flow resistance of the self-cleaning air filter and pipe air supply system is determined and the energy loss of the blast furnace system is analyzed.With an optimization method the best counter blowing time intervals are determined for an extended lifetime of the filter tube and reduction of the power consumption of the fan in the air dust removal and filtration system.In the refrigeration and dehumidification system,the recycling of the condensation water is introduced.The reduction of the resistance loss for the blower system is an important method to reduce the energy consumption for the air supply pipe network system.Installing a bypass line in the pipe network system can save electricity consumption of about450000kW·h corresponding to a value of270000RMB.
