摘　　要：目的探究Ommaya管在脑室出血治疗中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的60例脑室出血患者作为观察对象,所有患者的入院时间为2016年9月~2017年10月。将其通过抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例患者。对照组患者采用颅骨钻孔加注尿激酶脑室外引流术等综合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合使用Ommaya管来进行治疗。分别观察对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、康复情况。结果观察组中,治疗有效和显效的患者病例数分别为20例、6例,治疗无效和死亡的病例数分别为3例和1例,对照组中,治疗有效和显效的患者病例数分别为13例、5例,治疗无效和死亡的病例数分别为9例和3例,观察组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组中有1例患者出现颅内感染、有1例引流不通畅,不良反应占6.7%,而对照组中出现颅内感染的有4例、引流不通畅3例、穿刺通道再出血4例,不良反应占36.7%,两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较得出的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑室出血患者的治疗中结合使用Ommaya管的效果较好,能够有效提升治疗的有效率,并且患者出现颅内感染有情不良反应的情况也较少,患者的康复情况较为理想,相关症状的缓解时间较短,具有较高的安全性和可行性,值得在临床进行推广应用。Objective To explore the Ommaya pipe application in ventricular hemorrhage treatment.Methods60patients with ventricular hemorrhage of our hospital as research object,all patients admitted to hospital in September2015to October2016.It through the draw method were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30patients in each group.The control group were treated by cranial drilling filling urokinase intraventricular external drainage and other comprehensive treatment,observation group in the control group on the basis of treatment by using Ommaya tube.To observe the therapeutic effect of compared two groups of patients,adverse reactions occur,rehabilitation.Results The observation group,the effective treatment and the number of cases of patients were markedly improved20,6respectively,and the treatment is invalid and death cases3and1,respectively,in the control group,the effective treatment and the number of cases of patients were markedly improved13,5respectively,and the treatment is invalid and the number of cases of death9and3,respectively,compared with control group total effective rate of observation group patients significantly higher,the significant difference between them(P<0.05);at the same time,in the observation group2patients appeared adverse reactions accounted for6.7%,while the control group in the11cases of adverse reactions,accounted for36.7%,two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions always compare the results with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion It is used in combination in the treatment of patients with ventricular hemorrhage Ommaya tube of the effect is good,can effectively promote the treatment effective,and adverse reactions of patients is less,the patient's recovery is relatively ideal,associated symptoms relief time is shorter,has the high feasibility,safety and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
