摘　　要：通过BOPA薄膜在下游客户的印刷效果来研究不同的开口剂对BOPA薄膜电晕处里面质量的影响,在保障产品质量达标的情况下,添加不同种类的开口剂以及添加比例会使BOPA薄膜光学性能、开口性能以及表面张力有较大的改变,更为关键的是,开口剂的团聚现象以及在薄膜表面分散的不好会其使印刷效果变差,对比了三种开口剂生产的BOPA薄膜的印刷效果以及性能差异,为BOPA薄膜生产过程中的开口剂选用提供了指导。The difference of three kinds of anti-blocking agent used in the production of BOPA film is describedbriefly.Analysis the effective components and the added proportion of the anti-blockingagent.Research the surface dispersion and the results of physical performance test in differentanti-blocking,and the printing test case in the downstream customer.
