PDCA循环在航天GF报告过程管理中的应用

摘　　要：随着航天GF工作量的不断增加,报告管理中缺乏足够过程控制和管理的问题日益突出,这些问题如不能及时解决将直接影响到航天国防科技报告管理工作的效率和质量,也带来报告质量问题的突出。将PDCA循环引入航天GF报告管理是一项有益的尝试,将有效地改进现有航天GF报告管理流程,全面提升国防科技报告管理的效率和质量。本文以实施航天GF报告管理业务流程的梳理、优化为例,详细介绍PDCA法的应用。Based on the expansion of the scale of Aerospace GF Reports,lacking of process management and control of the report have becoming m ore a nd m ore s eriously,d irectly a ffecting t he m anagement e fficiency a nd q uality,a nd m oreover t he q uality of t he p aper.This paper introduces the basic principle of PDCA and put forward it in the management of GF report,discussing how to integrate the various steps of PDCA with the quality management in the process of ensuring the efficiency and quality of China defense science and technology reports,in order to effectively implement the optimization and arrangement of the process of report management,and describes the way of PDCA application.
