生物质颗粒成型影响因素分析

摘　　要：生物质颗粒作为生物质能源的重要利用形式,研究其成型过程中的影响因素有着重要意义。本文主要从原料、过程、设备三方面研究分析了影响生物质颗粒固态成型的因素,及其对颗粒质量系数(PQF)和颗粒耐久性指数(PDI)等指标的影响,各因素间的作用是相互关联的,其中设备孔型参数是分析研究的重点因素,是颗粒成型设备研究开发进行的前期基础研究。Biomass particle is an important form of biomass energy,the study on the key factors in the process of pelletization is significant.This paper studied and analyzed Granulating molding factors and the influence on the particle quality factor(PQF),The pellet durability index(PDI),it was studied form three aspects of raw material,pelletization process and equipment.The effect of factors was interact,the equipment of hole pattern parameter was significant factors,was also research basis of pellet equipment development.
