摘　　要：本文从城市规划建设的角度出发,分析了城市大比例尺地形图的更新修测运用规划、市政、竣工测量成果,在广州SCS软件编辑平台上,通过数学精度、数据格式、数据代码、数据图层、数据符号的转换,变成符合城市大比例尺地形图更新修测要求的数学精度、数据格式、数据代码、数据图层、数据符号等,并满足地形图的数学精度和地理精度要求。This article From the point of view of urban planning and construction,Analysis of urban large-scale topographic map update,repair,measurement,application planning,municipal[completion]measurement results,On the SCS software editing platform in Guangzhou,Through Conversion of the mathematical accuracy、data format、data code、data layer、data symbols,It becomes the mathematical accuracy、data format、data code、data layer、data symbols.etc that meets the requirement of urban large-scale topographic map updating and surveying,And meet the topographic map of mathematical accuracy and geographical accuracy requirements.
